Open Arms Healthcare Center accepts most insurances as well as offers sliding scale fees for our services for those with no insurance.

 

If you have private insurance, you may have a co-pay you must pay when you receive care. If you don’t have private insurance, our front desk clerk can help you with potential options. Payment is due at the time that services are rendered if applicable.

 

For patients who do not have health insurance or have higher deductible plans than normal, we offer a patient-friendly Sliding Fee Discount Program(SFDP). The SFDP is structured in a manner that adjusts on a patient's ability to pay.

• For patients with limited income, we offer a sliding fee schedule. Charges are as low as $25 for a doctor visit although additional charges for lab and other services may apply.

• Payment plans are available with credit card payments.

• ​No one will be denied services for lack of ability to pay.​
